Horror Trailer Reactions
This is some audience research I did where I got the reactions of my target audience to some horror trailers that I had picked. From doing this I have gathered that a lot of teens nowadays compared to many years ago find horrors funny more than they do scary as from watching these trailers they seemed to find some jump scares and injuries funny.

Group Prelim: Shooting Schedule
This is a schedule of our shooting times, it shows when are where we filmed on what days and also showing how long it took us to film. Here it shows what equipment and props we used, which actually wasn't a lot at all. This was a very simple clip to film and create and did not take us that long at all.
Group Prelim: Storyboard
This is a storyboard that we created, it helped us to film our horror clip as it broke it down for us making it a lot more easy to see what we had to film and how to film it, for example the first box says that the camera should zoom in and so when when film we know that for that scene we have to zoom in.

Group Prelim: Reasons for choosing the horror clip
Also we chose this clip because it had many complex horror elements such as the supernatural which we found was an easy task as the supernatural is the unseen so therefore we were able to re create the scene with close attention to detail as a lot of the scare elements in this clip were behind closed doors, such as the banging and the appearing of the doll.
The clip that we chose was a clip relatively easy to film due to the time limit that we had to do it in, which was 6 days baring in mind that half of the people in our group had out of school commitments such as work which gave us a more short amount of time to prepare and film however we still managed to work around these and film. We chose a clip that we knew we could get easy access to the location which in this case was Sophia's house.
Sophia's house specifically was chosen because the scene actually happened to fit perfectly with her house layout of the rooms and the corridor. Furthermore Sophia's house was the best place for the group to film as it was free and near by to us all for us to easily go to record. Also the props that were used were not difficult to get as all we needed to find/buy was a the Annabelle doll which although we did not get the exact replica we got something similar.
Another reason why we chose this clip was because when we saw it, it was so intense and made us tense and also due to the fact it was based on one location. However due to the little time we were given we was not able to get the replica of the clip perfectly but for next time we know that we need to make sure when we film we use our time given wisely.
